    Dongguan Jianyan Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. is an independent professional third-party testing institution. It accepts commissions from social departments, social organizations, enterprises, institutions and individuals to test the quality and performance of various products, in order to safeguard the interests of producers, operators and consumers and promote the improvement of product safety, quality and performance. In accordance with the requirements of CNAS-CL01:2018 "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" and "Review Criteria for the Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions" (2023), the following formal commitment is hereby made：
★ No department or individual of our company is allowed to influence or interfere with the testing work in the laboratory in any form or by any means, nor to exert any pressure on the laboratory staff that may affect the validity of the test results.
★ The laboratory is a legal entity and registered in accordance with the law. The registered business scope does not include production, sales or other contents that may affect fairness.
★ The laboratory must operate independently and identify and eliminate risks that may affect the independence and honesty of its judgment from other departments or positions.
★ The laboratory must be independent of the stakeholders involved in the inspection and testing data and results it issues, and not be affected by any factors that may interfere with its technical judgment, to ensure that the inspection and testing data and results are fair, accurate and traceable.
★ All the testing personnel strictly adhere to the quality responsibility principle of "whoever provides the data is responsible and whoever signs is responsible".
★Our company strictly complies with CNAS-CL01:2018 "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" (ISO/IEC 17025). 2017&GB/T 27025-2019 The IDT, the "Review Criteria for Qualification Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions" (2023), the "Supervision and Administration Measures for Inspection and Testing Institutions" (Order No. 39 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), the "Administrative Measures for Qualification Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions" (Order No. 163, 2021 Revised Edition), as well as the "Measurement Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation", and the "People's Republic of China. In accordance with industry-related laws, regulations and norms such as the "Republic Standardization Act", we must operate independently and impartially, fulfill our social responsibilities, strictly adhere to good faith and integrity, and be responsible for the authenticity of our commitments.
    I promise to respect and protect the intellectual property rights, patent rights and ownership of the clients in the testing activities, and bear the corresponding civil legal responsibilities.
